Introducing the Ford Focus RS and its Weapons-Grade Beast Mode

There are hot hatches–which go by the standard definition of hot–and then there’s the Ford Focus RS. This model adheres more to the Blue Oval’s definition of hot, with all-wheel drive, 350 horsepower, and more performance enhanced parts than you can shake a proverbial stick at. With its arrival in dealerships imminent, automotive insiders are finally getting their first taste.

The facts are in: if you’re looking for a car that is hotter than the sun, and more powerful than Zeus bench pressing Mount Olympus with his pinkie, the Focus RS is the car for you. Autotrader reviewer Paul Bond recently got his first taste behind the wheel, and couldn’t help but smile and laugh as the car attacked each and every corner with poise and no small amount of growl.
